Don’t see your dog on camera? There may be several reasons that you may not see your dog on the cameras, such as:

• Different dogs have different needs and some dogs require more “breaks” from play time if they are overstimulated, stressed or maybe playing a little too rough, so it’s possible they may be put away for a little time out. We do our best to make sure every dog gets as much play time as possible while still keeping a safe and stress free environment for all our visitors!

• There are also some blind spots that the camera doesn’t capture that your dog may be hanging out in (like by the front door to the play area!)

• If you have any concerns about how your dog is doing at the facility or why you aren’t able to see them on the cameras, please give us a call and we’d be happy to let you know how their day is going!
